Digital C type Printing through external website  FAQ

We use an external website for digital print ordering.  This is to simplify web to print ordering.  Unfortunately we could not find a third party system to integrate with Shopify therefore your account at Rapideye.uk.com won't be recognised and synched with your orders. Discount codes and Gifts cards are not redemable on this external platform.

  • Can I upload the files from different devices/ social media?
  •

You can upload the files from any device. Also, there’s an option to upload the images from social media like: Instagram, Facebook, Dropbox and Google Drive.

Please keep in mind that the files imported from Instagram and Facebook might be compressed which might affect the quality of the image, especially with the large prints.

  • Is there a number limit for printing the images?
  •

No. There’s no limit. You can order as many prints you like. Please always double check the amount of the images selected before completing the order.

  • Can I print different sizes of the same image?
  •

Yes. There’s an option for you to choose different sizes and the amount of copies for each print. For example: If you want to order ten 6x4 images, click on the “Select All” on the top right corner and then “Add sizes”. Choose your size for the prints and the amount of copies you would like to order (please be aware that all images will have the same size you chose). Hit done. If you would like to add the same image for printing using different sizes, click on your chosen image and choose a different size. When you choose your image and the size, there’s an option for you to centre the image or shrink to fit. Please follow the blue lines around the image. This is the guidance for the final crop. If the file is 6x4 format but you would like to print it in 6x6 format, by using the shrink to fit option, the image will come with the white border on the side.

  • Can I change the crop of the image?
  •

When you review your order, you’ll be able to see the final crop of the images (follow the blue lines). If you don’t like the crop, you can change it by dragging the image up or down to choose your final crop.

  • What are my order options?
  •

We offer different options for finishing off your prints. There are two different paper types that we use: Fuji Matt and Fuji Gloss. We also offer the images without the border or with 5mm white border around the image (free of charge). However, if you would like to have a bigger border than 5mm, you will need to create your own size of the border for eg in Photoshop and then choose the option without the border for your final print. Your final images will be supplied in a protective flexible sleeve (free of charge- for pick up in store orders please bring appropriate packaging). To keep your prints safe and clean, we also offer Presentation Boxes at additional costs.

  • I have special requirements for my order. How can I add a comment to my order?
  •

After you choose your options for your final prints, there is a section under the “Presentation Box” which allows you to add additional comments to your order.

  • How can I receive my order?
  •

We offer two different options. We can either post it to you with additional cost or you can collect your order in store (free of charge). If you pick up your prints in store, please follow the address  guidelines shown on the map. If you would like your order to be delivered to your address, please fill out the shipping information.
